Sea Salt

Ok I thought sea salt was ok but now I understand it isnt, at least according to respectable sources Ive read all salt is bad and toxic. So is there something that can mimic it? I was only using an eighth teaspoon with whatever dressing I made. example 1 avocado and 2 oz of water and an eighth or a pinch of sea salt. Or sometimes it was tomatoes, Id use like 3 or 4 tomatoes roma tomatoes and a pinch of salt basically to flavor. So is there an herb or something natural one can use for this? Ive never tried thyme, oragino, basil etc so I dont even know what they taste like or say cumin, dill, iky dill dont sound good for flavoring.

I guess you could healthfully eliminate sea salt as long as you are getting enough minerals elsewhere. Do you eat seaweed?

I personally don't find sea salt to be unhealthy, but others may.

Most of my diet is based on ethics, though. Secondarily health/environment.
