Posted by: Anonymous User ()

I have several jars of nut and seed yogurt that I have started. What are the min. and max. times to let them ferment? And how long does it keep in the refrigerator when it's done?

thanks

I made nut yogurt and it turned out boring and bland. What did I or didn't I do?? I really think I could make it good but I am at a loss.

Pakd4fun
When I was in FL I attended an incredible amount of gourmet raw food dinners and potlucks.
Some of them had nut and or seed cheeses with awesome flavors so I know it can be done.

I found an online recipe that says 16-24 hours for yogurt fermentaion times.

i SUGGEST YOU DO IT TO TASTE. THAT IS ALWAYS THE SECRET. IT TAKES PRACTICE. I ONCE DRANK COMPLETELY ROTTED REJUVELAC. I DIDNT KNOW IT JUST HAD TO BE A TAD LEMONY. IT WAS ALL MOLDY TOO

The classic trick for dairy yogurt is to mix in some smashed berries or other fruit and maybe a little sweetener. I bet that would work well for the nut yogurt too.
