Following the Dance

Date: March 04, 2008 08:18PM I have found that the most effective tool I have in my raw journey is not my juicers or my VM its just simply listening to my body and trying to catch early weak signals. Signals I watch for are: sleep, bathroom, hunger, full, raw food cravings, and any other messages my body communicates to me. What are you listening to for your health coaching ? Date: March 04, 2008 08:24PM I listen to the FDA and the AMA... then do the exact opposite.
sorry, feeling sarcastic today. Aloha Nui Loa, Greg A great many people think they are thinking when they are really rearranging their prejudices. - William James There is no pill that can be swallowed, There is no guru, that can be followed, - Michael Franti (Pray For Grace) The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion. - Albert Camus Re: Following the Dance

Date: March 04, 2008 08:48PM Greg, I'm feeling a bit cantankerous myself today. It doesn't happen often, but when it does... Uff-da!
EZ rider, After a week of study and three days of eating raw, I learned to listen to the exact things you described. I will listen to some people on this forum that I've come to love and trust. ) Re: Following the Dance

Date: March 04, 2008 09:01PM FDA: sometimes they are too cautious, sometimes not cautious enough. They get better with time.
AMA: generally the right direction, but the wrong magnitude. If they took a much tougher stance we'd probably see fewer of the diseases of affluence (i.e. food-lifestyle related). Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
