Date: March 06, 2008 08:51PM I think I remember some slight differences in amino acid profiles, very very slight. There would be some differences in pigments present, too.
But not enough to account for the cost difference. I don't notice a difference in taste, either. Re: The difference between brown and golden flax seeds?
