i have clover, some leafy mixes from sproutpeople.com (oriental greens, french garden), and lentils. and i am growing my first tray of wheatgrass!

its kind of addicting... but i got a little overexcited and my production has now far outstripped demand. i gotta chill out on the sprouts! i made a clover sprout banana tangelo smoothie this morning just to use some of the damn things up.

I sprout mung beans, sunflower seeds, lentils, green peas (my fav.), and alfalfa. My garlic is also sprouting, but that's because I haven't used it in a while. smiling smiley

fenugreek is my hands down favourite. it's bitter so at first it's a bit weird but after a while i just crave it and crave it. i like it sprinkled in salad, that's the only way i like it actually. i don't know how it combines with other foods, i wonder if it doesn't and that's why i only like it with greens.

it makes you smell good too. your armpits will smell like mapley syrupy curry sauce. it's funny, you'll notice it coming out of your pores after a while, everywhere your body can release a scent you'll start to smell like fenugreek, including your ears, now that's a bizzare one eh?

blend blend blend! ;-) that's how to use quantity and get lots of great enzymes/nutrients into your body.

When I have too much wheatgrass I also juice and pour into ice cube trays. Keeps for about a week. Then I can use the juicing time for some extra journaling or yoga.
