Again,
I really appreciate all your feedback.
I will look into those books.
I have a library filled with fitness and nutrition books(mostly from the old days of thinking. You know, the low fat 80's thing).
I think its time to build a library of "change your mind " books.
I do have some now,but they are VERY metaphysical, which sometimes gets to be too "dreamy like",and I think how can I apply this to real life.
Lots to do and read....
I hope its good weather this summer.
I want to read out in the sun.
I used to do alot of that, and it helped just to be in the sun.

i just saw this video of tonya kay talking about manic depression and raw foods and thought it was so applicable here...

i really like what she has to say about raw foods not being the cure for anything.

They will definitely make you sober, you're not supposed to mix zoloft and alcohol because zoloft doubles the effect of alcohol:

You might want to look into albizzia or other herbs:
"Considering the proliferation of antidepressant drugs throughout the Western world with their increasingly recognized adverse effects, it’s wonderful that nature has, in abundance, a safer and better alternative probably growing in close proximity to one’s doorstep. In my opinion, albizzia offers a more profound effect in treating depression and anxiety than the two most commonly promoted herbs, St Johnswort (Hypericum perforatum) and Kava (Piper methisticum)[1] and thus should be more widely used"

Thanks!
And that video is an ear opener too.
Recently I have discovered a very effective anti depressant...giving up the beer.
Duh!!
