Date: June 21, 2008 10:42PM I know the purpose of fasting is to shut the digestive system down but do supplements need to be "digested"? Or does it depend what kind? I was trying to get greens in but a half a pound of spinach is $4 and juicing the whole thing only gives me about 5oz of juice.
I'm just taking E3 live and was wondering if I should do "green foods" or "super food" capsules? And maybe a Bcomplex if I can find one I like.. Re: Supplements while fasting ?

Interesting,as we age there are two times are bodies continue to produce it.One when we do weight bearing exercise and two when we sleep. Heres the key if we eat sugar carboydrates prior to bed -guess what: no human growth hormone that night.
I have terrible habbit of eating before bed & I pay for it. I believe not eating before bed is one of the single best things we can do for our overall health. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
