Any other forum recommendations for juicing/juice fasting?

This forum isn't too active and the NFL site seems way too..clique. Whenever I ask questions there I get like 3 replies at the most and not much info on juicing.

I'm starting a juice fast this week and one of the things I'm looking for is actual, word for word recpies for juice that will at least taste tollerable to the average person. Not other people's "favorites" because people's tastes vary so drastically. :/

I think green apple and kiwi and carrot is a good mix. I know it sounds funky, but it's pretty good.

I like apple carrot broccoli and some cucumber. It tastes great.

Good luck on your juice fast.

Juices that taste "tolerable to the average person" are usually the sweeter ones such as carrot, beet, or apple as a base with cucumber, celery, zucchini, parsley, lemon added to taste. So, you'd use 6 to 8 carrots as a base, add half of an apple or beet and then half a cucumber or two or three stalks of celery and so on. Recipes abound, both on-line and in books, but you'll probably need to experiment to find what you like best.

happy juicing!
