I have some friends coming later in the week. They are not into raw food but I want to make them some orange juice in my Greenstar as I know they will not drink any other type of juice. I have bought a lot of oranges but does anyone know if I need to remove the peel or can I just cut them up and feed them in?? I have the optional fruit screw accessary which I have never used yet. Thanks Galileo "I am not rich enough to buy cheap" Re: Orange Juice

Here is a direct quote: "When juicing oranges, you must remove the orange part of the peel as it contains indigestible oils. You should, however, leave the whitish portion of the peel as there are a number of extremely valuable bioflavonoids in this part of the orange."
