Fibers in your smoothie

Date: September 02, 2006 11:57PM When I use my little Kitchen Aide to make a smoothie with khale, aprouts and fruit, I have a bunch of long fibers in it (about 1.5 inches) that are gross and gag me. Do the blend tec and vita prep cut these up smaller so it is more palatable? Re: Fibers in your smoothie
