i had an interesting thought the other day. if we havest a plant for our human usage, fresh from the daytime sunlight, ....i wonder if we are actually drinking that fresh sunlight when we juice something fresh from the garden or field? does anyone have any scientific or other types of ideas on this? if this idea is indeed possible....i question as to how many people in the entire human race ....take advantage of such a resource on a regular basis. with all the processing and chemical stuff going on.... my guess is that it would be possible to count the number of people who acess this high leval of sunshine in their food ..i think they are a very small are in a very small minority. " eating "instantly fresh" from the earth has got to have subtle nutrients related to sunshine in it...they probably don't get much attention from mainstram science tho. Re: drinking sunlight...?

photosythesis is the name of the process which utilizes sunlightin plants. it is interesting to note that carbondioxide is used by the plant in the same way that we use oxygen and that oxygen is given off as we breathe out carbon dioxide. iam wonder if the cells capturing the sunlight durng photosythese hold it long enough for us to get the sun light into our bodies from the plants that are storing it as they are growing in the sunlight. sunlight is a package of wavelenghts from the electro magnetic spectrum. as you probably know the elctro magnetic spectrum is a very specific set of freqencies occurring throughout the universe. the elctromagnetic spectrum basically makes it possible for life on earth to exist. allowing ourselves to benefit from it while it still has its highest leval of sunlight energy in it is an awesome thing,,,would you think? as with any scientific experiment we need to observe the results over a consistent period of time to get a dependable answer. wouldn't it be neat to get strong and healthy drinking sunlight? Date: July 13, 2006 08:19PM Well, I drink sunlight everyday, but through my eyes rather than my mouth.
See [www.sungazing.com] although I'm not sure about the stuff about never eating again, I think we have a digestive system and delicious fruits so that we can eat them! Rob -- Rob Hull - Funky Raw My blog: [www.rawrob.com] Re: drinking sunlight...?

makes the pineal gland release seratonin no wonder also like looking at the light though i do it a certain way like under my eyelids and blinking as well or moving hands back and forth across the eyes like shutters yeah, some people access their nutrients directly juicin john is an active thinker that is good always good to listenin to his conjecturing questioning the present paradigm only way to be free from it and go into something greater thanks juicin john Re: drinking sunlight...?

Date: February 16, 2007 12:56PM Hi io
It's hard to explain, but it feels good. To start with I thought it wouldn't work, but I built up slowly, adding 10 seconds extra each day and now can look directly at the sun (up to an hour after sunrise or before sunset) for 5 minutes now. I feel very energised after doing it. It's the kind of thing you need to try yourself to understand! Rob -- Rob Hull - Funky Raw My blog: [www.rawrob.com] Re: drinking sunlight...?

Date: February 17, 2007 08:11PM thanks, rob & la_veronique. and thanks also to juicin' john for opening my mind.
how do you find that the benefits of looking directly into the sun differ from the benefits of bright, but indirect, sunlight - ie taking a walk on a very sunny day? thank YOU so much! your insight is very, very appreciated! Re: drinking sunlight...?

Date: February 18, 2007 04:13PM By some accounts: Like Hira Manek of www.solarhealing.com, the important part is that the light enter into your eyes unfiltered (during safe hours) and that one be barefoot on bare dry earth to properly ground the energy.
-My own experience is that I completed Mr. Manek's protocol, and have experienced many benefits. I do highly recommend it - at a pace that is right for the individual. -David Z. Mason Re: drinking sunlight...?
