Date: July 17, 2007 07:02PM Hello,
I am new to the raw foods diet and am trying to determine what I should buy to get started. I am considering a vita mix 5000 for juicing, but have not decided yet. Does anyone have any advice on hardware I should have to get started with a raw diet and juicing? Any help, advice, or comments are appreciated. I just purchased the following books: 12 Steps to Raw Foods The Raw Gourmet Thanks. Re: juicer for newbie

My wife really wants one, but we already own a blender, and a food processor. I am wondering if we should get an actual juicer, or get rid of the blender/processor and get a vita mix. I have be told the item that tries to do it all isn't worth owning and you're better off getting specific items for the task. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
