Date: August 27, 2007 06:13AM Hello,
I am really a newbie! I have been raw now for one week. I would love to let you all know what I am doing and see what and where you can show me how I can improve. I have an Olympic juicer and every morning for breakfast I juice 3 carrots, 1/2 apple and 2 stalks celery. To this I add I scoop of JUVO. I repeat this for lunch and for dinner I have a HUGE salad. How can I make my juicing more complete? I do not have a Wheat Grass juicer and I have tried using the Olympic but it doesn't work well at all. I do sprout often but haven't this week but will add that in most likely. I have a lot of weight to lose and more than that I am just sick and tired of being sick and tired. Any advice??? Can you see where I need to add in other things to juice and if so, what will work with my juicer? For those not familiar with the Olympic it is a basket type centrifical (sp) that I have been using for years. Thanks so much for the advice in advance!!! Going Green! Your centrifugal juicer is good for the way you're using it. You might consider adding a screw type (or gear) juicer if you ever want to juice Greens......WY Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
