Thinking of Buying This Juicer

Date: October 21, 2008 07:26PM I'm thinking of buying this discontinued juicer off of Craig's List. It is a 120v, 60hz & 450 watts GE Juice extractor. They are offering $40 for it. Can anyone tell me if they think it's a good deal?

The real cost of a juicer of this type is the Cutter Plate, which has to be replaced when it gets dull. You may not be able to find one since the juicer has been discontinued. The cutter plate for my Omega 4000 runs $20 each......WY Re: Thinking of Buying This Juicer
