What is the difference between putting all my fruits and/or vegetables in a blender and making juice that way, as opposed to using a "juice extractor"? I'm thinking of doing a juice fast for a day or so and was considering buying a juice extractor. But I do have a really good blender too. Thanks Ahead of Time Linda Re: Difference Between Blenders/Juice Extractors

Making juice in a Blender is not really juice since it includes the Pulp (unless you strain it as some do). I've heard the term 'total juice' used.....WY Re: Difference Between Blenders/Juice Extractors

A blender will not turn everything into total liquid. Some pulp and chunks will remain. But a juicer will produce total liquid,at the expense of losing some of the fiber. Brian Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
