Extreme Green Juice
Posted by: Anonymous User ()

I've got a GreenStar GS1000 and I want to get the most out of it.

I want to juice 2 litres of green juice in as quick a time as possible. I find it takes me ages as I have to keep cleaning out the machine. It gets so clogged with pulp. I use the screen and feed the leaves in as best I can.

Any tips?

How long does it take you to make 2 litres of green juice?

I like using spinach, kale, parsley and celery in particular.

Thanks a lot; it's great to be on board

The blades of Wheatgrass are strong and fibrous, making it easy to juice. The leaves of Greens are soft and porous, making them easy to eat, but difficult to juice. Celery is easy to juice. Parsley should be too. I'd recommend juicing Wheatgrass, Celery, and Carrots and having the other Greens in Salads or Smoothies......WY
