Day 8 juice feast still feeling yucky?

I've been about 75% raw for almost one year now. I have seen some wonderful benefits from being raw such as more energy, better concentration, and I lost 10 lbs. I wanted to do a juice feast for 30 days because I wanted to kick up the healing process a notch and I have free time in my schedule that I won't have in the future. While the juice feast hasn't been hard, I just don't feel very good. I feel sluggish and bloated. I'm also not very hungry. On my regular raw plan, I have lots of energy and my stomach feels flat most of the time. I'm doing the green lemonade recipe from the Raw Food Detox Diet by Natalia Rose (romaine, kale, apple, lemon, and ginger). I try to make 3 juices at 20 oz. each per day, but I am just not hungry. Tonight I had to force myself to have a second green lemonade when I came home from work. I had hoped to lose some weight on this plan, but it doesn't seem to be coming off. I'm seriously considering transitioning back to my regular raw plan. I don't seem to be getting the feel good feeling people get on a juice feast. Any advice?

I think you're doing Great. It's always more difficult when working.
I feel my Best when I'm Juice Feasting with Wheatgrass, Celery, and Carrot juices (and water).
You might consider doing some sort of a Colon Cleanse before going on a serious Juice Feast of any length. But 8 days is a good start.....WY

Thank you for your reply Wheatgrass Yogi. I soaked some prunes last night and broke my juice feast today. I am following the guidelines in the Angela Stokes book on juice feasting. I actually feel better today than the past 8 days I was on the juice feast. I will consider the colon cleanse for the future. I'm glad I was able to try the juice feast, but I don't think it's for me. I missed my salads and green smoothies. I am going to refocus my energy on increasing my fresh fruits and veggies and trying some new recipes.
