Vita mix 5000 £399.99 plus £99.99 for the extra dry jug Blendtec Xpress £395 Vita Prep 3 £595 The NewGena power blender has been removed from the market but was cheaper than the vitamix but with much the same spec. and only needed one jug for both jobs. However ther is a new model on the way - newGena Pro. Does anyone know this blender? They all seem SO expensive to me - I think they might stay on the wish list for ages but I am so keen to try these soups etc that you all talk about. Re: UK prices of blenders

The company that make New Gena also do a range of new ones with similar spec Breville and Philips do a high spec one. Juicers online have a range also Wouldnt recommend buying direct from US as you need a HUGE adaptor!! Although many rawbies have done so! I expect I will go with the philips, £148 or £100 off ebay Saying this I only had a £10 blender for my first year of raw, now use 2 Kenwood ones, both under £50..these work very well for my needs, coaching, personal and cheffing. Hope that helps some, will add some more information to the thread later Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
