calories in juicing

hi, just wondering what the calorie content of juice was. is it equivalent to the calories content of the fruits and vegetables contained in the juice?

i know there is a way somehow of negating some of your carb count by minusing your fiber but im not sure how to do it .

i just count the calories (fat, protein and carbs) as whole smiling smiley

I'd assume that taking the fiber out increases absorption, so that the (available) calorie content goes up without fiber?
