Unfortunately Tribest's website is not working. Here in South Africa the dealer previously carried the GS-3000 but now only has the GP-E1503 (aka Greenstar Gold). Interested to know any good/bad points about the 'Gold' as there is plenty of information on this forum about the GS-3000. Re: GS-3000 vs GP-E1503

Date: September 25, 2009 03:34PM More information:
The GP-E1503 is listed (on various sites) as being Tribest's 'Flagship' juicer and is more expensive that the GS-1000 It only seems to differ slightly from the GS-1000 in specification in that it is bigger and heavier: GP-E1503 Weight/boxed: 12 kg/15.5 kg Dimensions (LxWxH): 483 x 223 x 305 mm GS-1000 Weight/boxed: 10.5 kg/14 kg Dimensions (LxWxH): 470 x 160 x 310 mm Is this perhaps a newer (better?) model? Anyone? Please? Re: GS-3000 vs GP-E1503

the gs-1000 is a later model than the gpe-1503. the gpe-1503 was the original model which entered the market and has all the attachments like the gs-1000 does. i have heard that the motor and gears are nearly identical which would mean that the external components of style are the only basic differences. the gs is less expensive....i am seriously contemplating the gs elite which is now available. It's strange that the local dealer here in South Africa now stocks the older GP-E1503, whereas he previously stocked the GS-3000. Unfortunately, when I contacted him, he was completely unaware of the new model (Elite), so I doubt it's going to be available any time soon over here. Re: GS-3000 vs GP-E1503
