Date: March 30, 2010 12:52PM I am looking at this juicer only because it presses oil. I want to be able to do that. Does anyone press oil on any of the other juicers? Re: Lequip Omni

The last minute of this clip shows the L'Equip Omni pressing oil with a special attachment....amazing....WY [www.youtube.com] Re: Lequip Omni

Date: March 30, 2010 05:06PM I thought since we have an overabundance of black walnuts every year it might be nice to press the oil out of them. Yummy? indeed! Re: Lequip Omni

Date: March 30, 2010 05:38PM John Kohler has a video on coconut oil, I think. I will check. But in any case, it looks very interesting. I'm going to try to oil some flax seed tonight in my Kempo twin gear with the coarse screen and will report back.

I was trying to make Brazilian nut butter with my Omega 8006 and it inadvertently made a little oil! It was amazing. I think my machine could make coconut oil out of mature coconuts and that there's a video on Youtube about it. My last juicer was a L'Equip centrifugal. It wasn't very long-lasting and very loud. The price wasn't too much of a bargain (I think the list price was $229 ten years ago). I hadn't heard much talk about it until you brought it up. Re: Lequip Omni

Date: March 30, 2010 10:11PM In case my Kempo fails, here is one option for fresh oil extraction, albeit a manual operation. [www.youtube.com][www.piteba.com] some heat involved. could try it cold. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
