Waring pro classic blender?

Does anyone know this blender. It is just in my price range at £139.00. I like the fact that it has a glass jug. There seem to be several below the £50 mark but the reviews are generally very poor. All i want to be able to do is make smoothies. Re: Waring pro classic blender?
