I think that's a fair statement. Air is the culprit...the faster the Juicer and/or Blender, the more air, therefore the more Oxidation. However, there's a time factor involved. I feel if I consume my Green Smoothies within 15 minutes of blending, they're still very nutritious......WY P.S. What is being processed (Fruit or Vegetable) might make a difference too. I would say more air tends to be whipped into soft Fruit than hard Vegetables. Also, go by Taste. I had a Pineapple/Peach Smoothie this afternoon, and it was very delicious.
