Hi again nika,
When making the nut butter or milk with mature coconuts I always have warm/hot water ready and put in a little to warm and wet the juicer surfaces so the oil will no stick quite as much to the bowl. Then feed the coconut thru. Milk/butter will come out the spout. Some oil will collect on the screen and bowl which can be scouped out. Coconut flour will be ejected into the basket. After feeding the coconut thru you can slowly pour a glass of warm water thru which will rinse more milk out the spout. Nothing goes to waste. The flour can be used to make more milk or in recipes, or recombined with the milk and oil to make a pate. It all works best in a warm kitchen or using hotter water because the melting point of coconut oil is 24 C (76 F). When the ingredients cool the oil will solidify and can be separated to suit.

What is your budget? I go on and on, but I am very happy with my Omega 8006. It was $299 and free shipping, but I just saw another company offer it for $259, free shipping! Single auger, great at juicing greens, high juice yield (way more than a centifugal), multifunctions, quiet operation.

i have a jack lalaine juicer. the plastic one. same motor as the metal one. i am borrowing it from a friend, and i've been using it for about b7 months ever since i have been raw. it was 9 years old before i even borrowed it and was used heavily before that !!!! AND i am still using the first grinder blade, haven't even gone to the second one it came with. i fully endorse the JL juicer as mine is 10 years old plus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEAVY USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am skillful with its use. I have no trouble juicing greens, or anything.

The Raw Lion 440 pounds to 225 pounds!
