Date: May 30, 2009 04:42AM perhaps i should use a better link to present the material. that was just the site i was reading at the time.
of course, i wouldn't use any of those analogies or new age theories... but what i was really asking was if anyone uses diluted saltwater to grow their wheat grass, and whether or not it's better that way... whether these minerals from the ocean are actually absorbed by the plants. also, is wheat grass actually beneficial to us? or is it just a fad? I use diluted Sea Water to grow my Wheatgrass.... called Ocean Solution. It costs $50/gal. but will make 100 gallons of solution to use. Wheatgrass a fad?? It's been around a long time. However, it's only for the select Few who dare to be different. Try drinking 2 to 4 ounces every morning on an empty stomach and feel its Power....WY Re: Don Jansen - Sea Agriculture

Date: May 31, 2009 09:27PM You don't have to use that product; all of the original research, done decades ago, was completed with celtic sea salt; if you live near the ocean, you could also just take a bucket of the fresh stuff. Anyway, I don't grow wheatgrass, but I used to grow sunflower greens with it, and they were good. Re: Don Jansen - Sea Agriculture

Date: June 02, 2009 12:22PM Hmm... at the prices WY quoted, his product costs $1/gallon of dilute solution. I don't know how dilute it is, so I don't know the answer to this, but given the relatively high price of the high-quality salts, I wonder which is more expensive. I imagine you want something pretty darn dilute though, since it doesn't take much salt to kill plants. Re: Don Jansen - Sea Agriculture
