How to stay alkaline

I've been testing my ph levels daily. My levels seem to fluctuate dramatically. I'll usually test once before bed and once upon waking. The P.M. test is always way alkaline while the A.M. test is super acidic. I would ultimately like to test within the optimal range and stay there. I am about 95 % raw. I consume loads of spirulina, lemons, and grape fruits; all alkalizing.

Any suggestions?

I love Grapefruit juice, and my tree is just about picked
clean, but a proper Alkaline Diet does not include Citrus. Try eliminating
it for a week, and see what happens to your pH readings.
I would also recommend Chlorella rather than Spirulina, even though both
are alkalinizing.....WY

Don't forget that it's natural for morning pH to be acidic, as your body is engaged in cleanout during the night, and your blood and urine will almost inevitably be filthier than in the p.m.(on raw, anyway).

Thanks Tamukkha, I was coming around to that! I always love a nice glass of warm lemon water in the morning before I eat breakfast to help balance my system out!

James, I'm still curious to see what you consider 'way' alkaline and 'super' acidic. I haven't checked mine for awhile but the variation wasn't too drastic, however, there was a difference between a.m. and p.m. If I come across litmus paper maybe we can compare numbers.
