Could it be wrong if it feels so right..

Is this recipe bad, in terms of food combining and all? I am fairly new to juicing. I have read do not mix your fruit and veggie juices, but never read a good reason why not. Am I still getting all the nutrients from the veggies/fruits even with all the ingredients?

1/2 pineapple
1 mango
1-2 apples
2-3 kiwi
grapes
cucumber
lemon
TONS of spinach
8+ celery stalks
4-5 Kale
1-2 lbs. carrots
I also will add berries, melon, peaches, ect...

This makes a lot of juice, tastes so good. Just want to know if I am doing something wrong. Thank you for any responses in advance.

I would TEAR that up !!!! I have never found any problems in combining juices. Foods can cause issues, but juices passes through differently.
If you drink the same green every day, you can get alkaloid build up, potentially causing gas or pain. So try to rotate between greens on the regular.

I personally dont feel theres any problem with mixing fruit and vegetable juices and i go with the theory if its working then dont change it.

i prefer to stay away from fruit juices though as they mess with my blood sugar abit too much.

Some powerhouse juice you've got there thoughsmiling smiley
