Date: September 02, 2010 09:34AM first one isnt green, but its delicious... oh and each recipe makes about a quart.
Carrots (two pounds if they are a bit low on juice) 2 really ripe seedless oranges Optional: unsweetened soy/almond milk to taste, anything that makes it kinda creamy, tastes like a 50/50 ice cream bar to me... #2 2 Lbs carrots 1 seedless orange (check for seeds, believe me, you wanna make sure!) 1 whole bunch of kale 1/4 of a bunch of cilantro #3 Just greens 2 bunches of kale. (I prefer dino kale for this recipe, but curly works...) 1 bunch of cilantro Juice of 1 lime, be careful of seeds...WHAT...limes are green... ^_^ hehehe #4 Salad juice. 1 head red lettuce 1 stalk celery 1-3 radishes with greens, depends on the strength of the radishes... Optional:juice from Half a grapefruit,ALL skin and seeds removed, really best to do this with a conventional citrus juicer just to make sure, or by hand... 1-3 tsp balsamic vinegar... #5 Green as it gets... 1 bunch kale 1 bunch red lettuce 1 bunch cilantro As much dandelion leaves as your ok with, I did half a pound in this juice once...wow>.< And 1-2 4 inch pots of wheat grass... All ingredients for this are optional, Ive mixed and matched in various amounts, its like the suicide soda's I used to occasionally drink as a kid, but a million times healthier...lol... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh, mirror in the sky What is love? Can the child within my heart rise above? Can I sail through the changing ocean tides? Can I handle the seasons of my life? Re: gimme your recipes

Date: September 02, 2010 10:50AM hey thanks, curator!
these look great i have most of the ingredients to those already in the fridge except for the balsam vinegar and radishes which i just may leave out.. but the other ingredients are do-able for me the first one looks kind of intriguing maybe it will spur me on to by one of those cheese cloths to strain out almond milk time for a tall cool glass of veggies while relaxing on the grass and staring at the clouds Re: gimme your recipes

I frequently do this... When you make your green juice, throw a slice up to a 1/4 of a lemon in there... then drink with lots of ice. very cooling refreshing, especially on a hot day... Re: gimme your recipes

Okay...lol I believe I'll pass on that one. I can't see the "earthy" taste of carrots combining well with sweet mint! But who knows....maybe... Re: gimme your recipes

Date: September 04, 2010 12:51AM and with the lime, its really good, it tasted like a mojito to me, I couldnt really taste the carrot at all, but im sure its sweetness helped with the limes... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh, mirror in the sky What is love? A cucumber or zucchini, @ 3 hearts romaine, some mixed greens or a few dandelion greens, handful parsley, carrots, half beet, 2-4 sticks celery, optional apple I'm so used to creating mixes that I don't really measure anything, but these two recipes are approximate... Re: gimme your recipes

just the leaves not the flower ( i make a wish on the flower and it always works too pborst that sounds very light and refreshing yummm soraya nice earthy one i use beets sparingly its been a while since i've used ginger but just a small little nick really rounds out the flavor, gives it depth and has a very cool punch to it Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
