Date: September 11, 2006 10:49PM Haven't the cells already been burst during the juicing process? From reading the web page, it would seem that freezing juice, or raw icecreams made in a high power blender (where all the cells get burst), would only server to preserve the food longer by inhibiting the lysosomes enzymes.
So if you're freezen stuff that has had the cells burst already, and you keep in air tight, there should be no problems. At least that's what I'm getting from the article. The rest seems common sense (i.e., don't freeze, thor, then freeze again or you'll get food poisoning) Cheers, Ian. Re: Freezing Fruit?

Date: September 12, 2006 08:16PM The nutrients are a bit altered with freezing, however nothing like canning.
I keep frozen fruits around for blended drinks, green smoothies, etc. Re: Freezing Fruit?
