Date: December 11, 2010 02:15AM Greetings,
I have been juicing for a week now and have constipation. I have been juicing cucumbers, Kale, Celery. Spinach, and a small amount of carrot and apple. I am wondering if too many green veggies that have a lot of iron in them could be causing the constipation. since I am diabetic I don't add avery of the sweeter veggies/fruit. Has any one heard of too much iron from juicing causing constipation? Thanks, Rusty Re: Problems After Juicing

Date: December 11, 2010 06:34PM have you been straining all of the pulp out of your juice? it might be something as simple as just needing more fiber, so maybe try including more of the pulp, or eating a few fruits or veggies that are high in fiber per day... possibly right after your juice... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh, mirror in the sky What is love? Can the child within my heart rise above? Can I sail through the changing ocean tides? Can I handle the seasons of my life? Re: Problems After Juicing

I've been smoothing (can I say that?) and juicing for 3 weeks now and I always do an enema at least once a week. I believe that with all the liquid the body gets in a process of cleaning and the fastest way to clean is to do an enema or a colonic. Re: Problems After Juicing

Date: December 19, 2010 02:04AM im wondering if you arent mistaking constipation for lack of volume .. if you are juicing with no fiber there is not gonna be a whole lot of matter to expel (im trying to be as polite as possible lol) ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
