Date: September 21, 2006 08:43PM I've experimented with both raw oats and cooked oats - one cup oat, two cups water, at a high blend. i think the raw oats produce a cleaner tasting milk type juice. i also added a bit of cocoa powder so it's make believe chocoloate milk. Not bad with cereal but terrible with coffee. Re: What is the best way to make oat milk?
