Date: December 09, 2011 12:54AM What I love about juicing is that it's not always the same flavor, even when using the same produce! It depends on amounts of each. I made this wonderful juice today:
Organic granny smith apples Organic carrots 1 large beet 1 bulb (with feathery part) fennel Half a lemon (I juiced a wedge with the skin on) Several handfuls of organic dandelion Organic celery (just a little) Usually I have put ginger in my juices but it was so nice and different this time. I also liked the fennel. I was a bit leery of adding it because I had done so in the past and my juice tasted rather medicinal but this was delicious! Date: December 09, 2011 08:04PM I've been refining my discovered magic juice combo, but it seem that many on this forum have variations of the same one haha.
Maybe a 2 1/2 lbs of carrots, 1 lge + 1 med beetroot, 3 green apples, 1 whole lemon. Juice the soft fruits first, and this will make 2 quarts of juice that is absolutely fab to drink, together with some ice cubes. Happy juicing, geo NB. I think that I'll add just a tad of ginger to this next time, but only a tad Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
