Question on what to do with my wheatgrass
Posted by: cy ()

Hey Guys,I have a question about wheatgrass.
I have 5 trays with amazing wheatgrass. I juice every day and 3 days ago I was feeling so good that I over did. Of course I got sick.
Now I am giving some time, but I don't want to lose my wheatgrass.
What should I do? cut them and freeze them?
I have no idea, that have never happened with me before.

You could cut it, seal it in zip-lock bags, and then put it in the refrigerator.
I've been taking less Wheatgrass Juice in more water.....say a 1:12 ratio. It gives the Body a better Green Flush......WY

Go easy...it's strong medicine. Years ago I took my Wheatgrass Juice diluted with Carrot Juice. Now I take it with Water.
Best wishes.......WY

You can also dehydrate and pulverize in a mortar and pestal as an alternative. WY's method sounds great as well. Lot's of choices.

I personally would not consume grass powder as humans just can't digest that sort of fiber at all. Dehydrated juice is another story but... not easy to do in the home kitchen.
When I managed the sprout farm we would juice wheatgrass and flash freeze it in little containers using dry ice to preserve it's goodness (as much as is possible with frozen foods). I am pretty sure you can buy dry ice somewhere.
Another thing that can be done with too much grass is to juice it for a rectal implant after an enema. That's a pretty intense experience though, google for more information on doing that correctly if you're interested. There's less nausea involved in that way of taking grass juice though, if you're one who finds it unsettling to the stomach.

Hey pborst and coco, thanks so much.

it's a good idea to dehydrate the juice,I could do that.
I'm thinking in starting juicing again on Monday (diluting it with water -my problem was too much wheatgrass in a day).
I did many wheatgrass implants and thanks,I had completely forget them.
I'll definitely do them again.

I heard that if we chew wheatgrass it is very good.
