what blender will make energy soup

Date: October 05, 2011 09:09PM I'm new to the diet - brand new. I can't spend $500 on a mixer right now, maybe later. Meanwhile, what type/brand blender or food processor more reasonably priced would mix up the greens, etc. for something like the Energy Soup recipe. Thanks. Re: what blender will make energy soup

Date: October 09, 2011 07:54PM Ann Wigmore is famous for her Energy Soup of the 70's and early 80's. It was a little 'chunky' (if I remember right), so most any Blender will do.
There's a YouTube video on the ingredients used now at the Ann Wigmore Institute in Puerto Rico for Energy Soup. Here's John Kohler, and Kaelash.......WY P.S.
