green Life 20001 Juicer

Date: January 17, 2012 09:07PM So I went to A few second hand stores today as I do when I am laid off.
I was browsing around one of the stores and found this Green Life 20001 That was in VGC. I check it out as Best as i could and noticed it was missing the screen and manual. I plugged it in and bumped the motor a few times. All seems as it should. None of the parts showed any discoloration or very little. For the $65 they wanted I had to go with it. I got it home and ordered the fine and course screens and a soft outlet adjusting knob. So how will this do for fruits and veggies. Will it do kale and collards OK? Hopefully the parts will be here this week. Let me know any experience with this machine. I know it has been replaced but seems to be the same as the newer model. Here's some reading about it that might help. The site I'm linking you to has comparison charts and tons of info on different models of juicers, how they do with fruits, veggies, nut butters etc. Yours will handle them all though isn't terrific with soft fruit. It seems like 100 years ago now, but I've owned several twin-gear juicers...a Green Life 2000 being one of them. I remember the plastic cracking in a couple of places, and it being difficult to clean the twin-gear holes in the main body. Good luck with yours......WY P.S. Date: January 18, 2012 05:19AM I found this wed site that has all the replacement parts for this product.
I have called and talked to them and got alot of information that I was lacking. They were great to deal with and will be shipping the needed parts in the morning. I should have them by the end of the week. [www.vitalityplus1.com] Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
