I've read that green apple is as stimulating as coffee. Not in a jittery way, only in a wake up body and mind fashion.
I'd try that with ginger and mint personally.

Life is my substitute for coffee, what a rush it is! I don't think any juice can substitute for coffee but there is a coffee substitute that you can buy that is very good and not bad for you health I will look for the name, someone else might know in the mean time. There are different flavors and it is very alkalizing, high quality stuff.

Hibiscus tea, no caffeine. Full of iron though. Though it's non-heme. 2 to 4 cups as a limit. Alternate between hibiscus and white tea or green tea cold steeped. I'm on decaff now because I'm a head case. lol just to lower anxiety.

Paul, how is white tea, in terms of taste? I drink black tea. I do have hibiscus and didn't know it was full of iron. I do know it's got lots of vitamin C!

Yogi brand Green Chai-- tastes fantastic, without any sweetener, and it has just the right amount of kick to get you going.
