Migraines and juice fasts

Date: January 24, 2012 01:48AM Nothing really helped my migraines, I'd end up in hospital every time needing I.V. saline solution and double doses of heavy drugs. Pretty horrible.
A bit better after having a baby, also I discovered that Tylenol-3 worked for me and since I was getting only 1-2/year it was a reasonable option. I don't know what's changed, maybe hormones? Raw food did not seem to have any effect on them for me though. Re: Migraines and juice fasts

Date: January 24, 2012 05:36PM If it is headaches during a juice fast then it is likely hypoglycemia and i would tread with caution if so as low blood sugar and hypoglycemia is dangerous.

Date: January 24, 2012 10:44PM A major trigger for me is air pressure. Not much I can personally do about that unfortunately. I just have to take care to nip a bad headache in the bud, there is a certain point of no turning back but I've gotten good at catching it in time mostly.
