Raw Cereal

Date: August 10, 2012 03:36AM Well, it's not a Juicer, or a Blender, but I thought this Forum
would be a good place to post this information. I've been adding Raw Flour to my Green Smoothies. So far I've been letting my Blender turn the Whole Grain into a powder, but maybe this Grain Flaker would be a better way to go. Any comments?......WY [www.youtube.com] Re: Raw Cereal

Instead of using rolled Wheat in my Green Smoothies, I'm now using sprouted Wheat. There is a controversy over how long a sprout should be for maximum nutrition. Does anyone have an opinion about this?......WY Re: Raw Cereal

I'm now doing a 24-hour window....soaking for 8-hours, and then sprouting for 16-hours. The roots and tail are just beginning to form. This allows using only one jar everyday. Sprouting for 2-days might be better, but another jar would have to be used. I'm finding the one-meal-a-day plan working quite well......WY Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
