I learned a new Technique a few days ago that I'd like to share with this little group. Some of you may like to try it. You'll need a blender with a variable-speed dial. To avoid splash-up or 'bounce' (and making a big Mess), use the dial (from 1 to 10) in such a way that when the mixture starts to bounce, you reduce the speed just a little until the cavitation (whirlpool) is smooth. Then increase the speed until the mixture starts to bounce again....cut back til smooth...repeat until you reach the blenders highest speed without getting any of your Smoothie on the upper part of the container and lid. It takes some practice, and can'd be done with programmable or 2-speed blenders......WY Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
