homogenizing blank for angel juicer

Hi,

Can someone please advise how to make fronzen fruit sorbet with the angel juicer ? Is the homogenizing blank an extra optional part that needs to be purchased ?

I can't tell you how well it works, but I can tell you it is an optional part that needs to be purchased and it is fairly expensive... close to $200. You can order it at usjuicers.com under accessories.
