Dinkel grass juice better than wheat grass ?

Date: November 15, 2006 11:50PM I am curious if anyone knows anything about Dinkel (Spelt) that seems to be so popular in certain health stores and is said to be better and more 'natural' than wheat. On the packages it's described how to make porridge of it, use it in bread, and in MUsli. But what about sprouting it or making Dinkel grass juice of it? I find wheat grass juice powerful enough, but I am curious anyway. A small hope that the Dinkel juice would taste better perhaps... Re: Dinkel grass juice better than wheat grass ?

Date: November 19, 2006 08:52AM I've tried Oatgrass, ryegrass, wheatgrass, dinkelgrass and barleygrass. Wheatgrass is the sweetest. Never tried the Kamut tho, only dried kamutgrass.

Date: November 20, 2006 12:45AM I have only tried wheatgrass, but I think it's the "sweet" flavour I find so disgusting. Barleygrass is so common in dried form nowadays as a miraclecure I have noticed, so I expect dried dinkelgrass will come soon. But it can never compare to the fresh grass-juice, when it comes to nutrition. Re: Dinkel grass juice better than wheat grass ?
