Are you talking about the serrated grinding cog for this machine? [www.seagulldistribution.com] If so, and if the co. that made it is not still in business, maybe your best bet is to talk to industrial companies who use grinders for further info. It would probably be one of these home projects that requires a lot of cash to buy specialized equipment that you'll only need once and would have been better off hiring someone else to do. Date: February 12, 2015 05:52PM I would try contacting William at Whole Health Foundation (http://www.wholehealthfound.com) - he sharpens norwalk blades which are not serrated but are otherwise similar, does a fair bit of other machine shop stuff, and may have some advice that would help you. Date: November 13, 2015 05:28PM Use a coarse diamond hone and stroke both facets of each tooth. If a hone is not enough, use a fine file. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
