Juicing and feeling bloated
Posted by: Anonymous User ()

Hello,

I recently purchased a juicer and have been drinking about (at least) 2-3 cups juice per day (for the last week). I've been also feeling bloated and I've never felt that way before, so I thought it might be the juices I've been drinking. I drink primarily fruit juices... Maybe it's too much sugar and/or fiber that makes me feel so bloated? Does anybody know anything about that? What should I do different?

Thanks in advance for your replies,

YY

I'd guess that you're drinking the juice too soon after eating solid food. You might try drinking your juice on an empty stomach and see if it doesn't give you energy instead of a bloated feeling.......WY
