Juicing & Sugars

Date: March 25, 2016 07:09AM Recently a co-worker had gastric bi-pass surgery. We were chatting a bit about food portions and the like and I mentioned juicing. He said that he can't juice because of the sugars. Can anyone tell me what that means? We had customers come in and the conversation ended before I could ask him.
There is a chance he is diabetic but I don't know for certain. What considerations need to be taken into account regarding sugars when one is a juicer? To be clear, I did scroll back a bit to see if this subject had already been discussed and didn't see anything. If I didn't go back far enough, my apologies if this has already been addressed. Hmmm...my juicer is fine, it works. I am just grateful that I have one. Woo Hoo! Go Juicers! Re: Juicing & Sugars

Date: October 16, 2016 11:46PM Unless he has diabetes fruit and vegetables are healthy sugars that provide energy the brain needs. If they are raw and fresh theyll have all the enzymes you need to be healthy with the sugars. some people think dibetes isn't caused by sugar, just by bad fats disrupting how the body handels sugars.
