Date: May 01, 2007 06:47PM i dont doubt that this is why im so puke-y when it comes to wheatgrass .. im really sensitve to mold and mildew ...even if a slice of breat has the tiniest blue on it somewhere you coudlnt see ..my gut would sense it and out it would come lol

Date: May 03, 2007 10:28PM It is normal to get nauseous when first starting to consume wheat grass juice.
When you start taking wheat grass you have to start small and work your way up because your system isn't use to it. It is good to have it on an empty stomach to help the body absorb it faster but I usually have something really small prior to drinking it. Some people usually stop taking the wheat grass and after eating many green leafy vegetables for awhile on the raw food vegan diet, they tried the wheat grass again and didn't have any issues. Date: May 06, 2007 10:30AM i love wheatgrass so yummy!!! but good to know about the mold..i will be careful now...as with all grass and veggies and fruits..you never know where it is creeping up!
