Jucing and your daily life

I am embarking on a juice feast, first aiming on a month, but no end date in mind. Have been truly inspired by Angela Stokes amongst others.

Anyways I am wanting to know how you make juicing work for your life, how do you go about transporting, storing juices etc?

Any info on this would be a great help.

I already have a great juicer smiling smiley

Normally I only have juices in the morning so living this everyday being prepared so I dont end up eating fruits and veg at work will be a challenge!

I am concearned about storing them for say 3 hours whilst I travel to work or gym and then them not being as nutritionally good for me.

Any info would be wonderful

Thank you in advance

I'm a Big Fan of Angela Stokes. I'm in the process of doing a 92-day Juice Feast similar to her's. I would say rather than trying to do juices while you're working, that you 'Compromise' a bit, and do juicy Fruits at work and the gym and do juices while you're home.....WY

Thank you for the response,

would having juicy fruits slow down the cleanse?

I really cant balance what is worse, to have the juicy fruits or to transport juice with possibly a three hour wait until being consumed- nutrients lost etc.?

Thanks again

juicy fruits in most cases will speed up cleansing..of course the idea of the 'feast' is to have no fiber and bulk entering the system so that it can rest. however if you are out and about you arn't really resting. I would say if you just lived off juicy fruits and green juices you'd find it plenty cleansing IME

I don't know where you live.. but if its in a major city you can buy pressed juices (made with a norwalk press) and those you can keep in your fridge up to a few days. Thats what I do. its a bit expensive, but I work hard enough, so it fits into my lifestyle better.

regular juices I would consume right after making...only

my routine is green juice before work or if I have the day off I wait until about 11 or so, do a green juice..hit the gym..and by that time the juice has made its way through my system so I can eat a large ammount of juicy fruit without complications around 1 or 2pm.

Sometimes after work I will get a juice and hit the gym..same deal. so its juice /2-4 hours/large fruit meal. juice/1-2 hrs/large fruit meal/some salad and occasionally some fat.
