My morning smoothies aren't filling anymore..

This morning I did like 3 banannas. 1 cup of mixed berries and 1 pear and 6oz of water and it came out to like 30oz and an hour later I was getting hiccups and hunger pains.

I have a suggestion: if you're getting hiccups, you're dehydrated.
If you're getting burps, you're dehydrated.
If you're getting hunger-like sensations in your stomach area, you're probably dehydrated.

We've had these problems and they've disappeared easily by drinking enough water throughout the day, in fact if I get hiccups, which is rare now, I don't have to think twice, I just drink water and never have to think about it again.

i say if it is fresh fruits or evan frozen....eat all you want without remorse..the real test is making the right chices about what and how much you eat of others foods..salads are not included in that category.
