Date: July 22, 2007 08:59PM I remember Kudzu from my days living in Georgia. The Dept. of Agriculture planted it to control Soil Erosion, and it 'took over' the whole State. Animals eat it, so I'm pretty sure it could be juiced.......WY Re: KUDZU

Date: July 23, 2007 11:25AM WELL, I WILL GIVE IT A TRY. WE HAVE ACRES OF IT. I LIVE IN VA. IT HAS NEVER BEEN SPRAYED SO IT IS VIRGIN. I DID EMAIL A LADY WHO COOKS WITH IT AND SHE SAID THAT IT TASTES LIKE GREEN BEANS. SHE SAID JUST TO USE THE YOUNG LEAVES. I GUESS THE HUGE ONES GET BITTER. I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT ISN'T TOXIC.
THANKS FOR THE REPLY AND I WILL LYK HOW IT GOES. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
