I'm getting 'primed' to go back to having Carrot Juice everyday. It's a real struggle dealing with the 25-lb. bags, and I had fallen out of the habit.......WY Re: Runner beans/ green kidney beans safe to juice?

I was unsure about juicing beans. I had a feeling that there was a reason that i could not find them listed in juicing recipes. I'm still not sure about the pink seed inside the bean, so i am juicing the tender pod part. I was surprised how much juice I obtained from each bean. I suppose that kidney bean plants become quite thirsty once the flower has set and the bean begins to grow, so this would make sense. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
