Date: September 22, 2007 07:08AM the apple pear with ginger is so yummey. I had some pears given to me and found some local apples. I juiced them in my champian juicer and it was so sweet and rich I could'nt drink it all so I froze the rest. glad you enjoyed it. today i scavanged a big bag of beet tops and made the following and it was delicious. beet tops ( lots of them) guerilla apples watermelon rind. (did not have any pears or i would have added one..or two.) jj Re: pears....

something to add to Guerilla Well Fare GLEENING ! when the big farms run are done running their harvesting machinery everything left is left to rot i got myself 2 milk crates of beautiful cucumbers on the edges of one field that were missed by the machines hehe mmm yummmy !!!  ...Jodi, the banana eating buddhist  Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
